- Orders are typically dispatched the next business day via our logistics partner Delhivery.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
- Once dispatched, your order is expected to be delivered within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Updates & Notifications
We keep you informed at every step:
- Order confirmation after purchase
- Dispatch confirmation with tracking details
- Real-time delivery updates
Updates are shared via WhatsApp and Email to ensure you stay informed.
4. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Operational challenges
- High demand or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, you will be proactively notified via WhatsApp and Email.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners may contact you before delivery if they face difficulty locating your address.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The courier will attempt delivery again the next day
- Typically, 2–3 delivery attempts are made
6. Failed Delivery & Return
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO).
- In such cases, you can place a new order to receive the product again.
7. Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- Complete and accurate address
- Correct contact number
Zopex will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
