4. Return Approval & Pickup
- Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product
- Please ensure the product is in the original packaging
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect
Refund Details:
- Refund will be issued after the product is picked up and inspected
- The amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method, OR
- Bank account (if applicable)

6. Exchange Policy
- We prioritize replacement (exchange) for damaged or incorrect products
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
7. Cancellation & Non-Delivery
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- If the product is not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund
