Our Order Cancellation Policy

At ZOPEX STORE, we aim to keep our cancellation process fair, transparent, and customer-friendly while ensuring efficient order processing and inventory management.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may cancel their order free of charge before the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled because shipping and handling charges are already incurred. However, customers may still:
- refuse delivery at the time of arrival (if applicable), or
- request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
In such cases:
- original shipping charges,
- reverse pickup costs,
- payment gateway fees (where applicable)
may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Customized, Made-to-Order, or Personalized Products
- Orders for customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially procured items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.
- This helps us avoid material and operational losses on products created specifically for the customer.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We reserve the right to:
- confirm COD orders via phone, WhatsApp, or email,
- limit COD availability for certain pin codes or customers with repeated failed orders,
- cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in temporary restriction of COD access on future purchases.
5. Store-Initiated Cancellations
In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to:
- stock unavailability,
- pricing or technical errors,
- payment verification issues,
- logistics limitations,
- suspected fraudulent activity.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
6. Refund Timelines
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Typical processing times:
- UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 3–7 business days
7. Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention
To maintain a fair shopping experience for all customers, we reserve the right to decline cancellations, returns, or COD services in cases involving:
- repeated misuse of policies,
- excessive order refusals,
- fraudulent activity,
- abusive behavior.
